We will be at our indoor location. Please be inside the Huffhines Rec Center gym ready to go by 9:10 am. There is another class in there at 10:00 so we'll be on a tight schedule.

Be with your baby, get in great shape and meet other moms! Stroller Strides is the nation's largest and most successful stroller workout business in the country. With over 300 locations nationwide, it just keeps growing. This program offers stroller exercise classes for pregnant and new mommies as well as playgroups and Mom's Night Out.

Due to personal reasons, the Dallas franchise is for sale. This was a difficult decision for me, but I have decided to offer the franchise for sale from now until February 5. The Dallas franchise is successful and with focused attention and marketing effort it has the potential to grow as large as you want. There is also the option to purchase the territory as is (Dallas/Richardson zip codes) and then pay a small fee to change the zip codes.

Classes are held outdoors as much as possible. In the event of inclement weather including a projected "feels like" temperature of 45 degrees or less at class time, we will move inside. There are days when our indoor locations are not available so be sure to check back here or call 800.518.2707 an hour before class time to find out the status of class. If there is nothing listed online or voicemail, class will be held outside as usual. If the Richardson school district cancels class, we will do the same at both locations.

Please join us to play at the park each week right after class (10:15 am). You are welcome to join us any and every time. We'll be the sweaty ones with all the strollers.
