Start your day with Stroller Strides - Playfair Park
Stroller Strides classes are at Playfair Park on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am. Please meet at the South side of the park by the Covered Picnic Area off of Bancroft. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to the start of class so we can get everyone registered. We will begin class at 9:00am sharp!
Please bring a Stroller (any type will work except an umbrella), Water and a Exercise mat or blanket. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their stroller aged children. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing, the environment and the stroller.
Each class consists of a warm up, a power walk and "stations" where we do a variety of body toning exercises. We use exercise tubing (which we provide you with), the stroller and the environment to create our own gym. If your baby is fussy, we will show you exercises that you can do with your baby.
I look forward to meeting everyone. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Stephanie 370-9374
